BETH GRAYBILL
Beth Graybill is an East Coast native with a lot of West Coast experience, but currently lives in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Beth is a storyteller and a solutions strategist, which means she loves helping people find those hard-to-reach-possibilities and tell amazing stories about their lives and experiences.
Beth works as a collaborative storyteller (co-author and developmental writer), but started her career in organizational development—including executive coaching, team leadership development, and organizational alignment. In 2015, Beth “backed into” a few storytelling opportunities and realized the skills needed for consulting and storytelling were the same: asking thoughtful questions, listening well, synthesizing content and themes, and staying curious along the way. That’s when she started co-authoring books and discussion guides. To date, Beth has co-authored six books, including Our Voices Rising with Gretchen Huijskens, More Than a Bag with Cindy Monroe, and It Doesn’t Have to Hurt to Work with Erin J. Paruszeski, as well as discussion guides, curriculum, teaching series, and film scripts.
Beth sees the world through the lens of an Enneagram 4w5, as an extroverted introvert, and the “working geniuses” of wonder and discernment. She is an author, consultant, solution-seeker, former pastor, and teacher. When she’s not cheering on her sons, Kal and Aaron, in their young adult endeavors or taking a hike with her husband and their golden retriever named Champ, Beth is traveling, volunteering in her local faith community, and soaking up the fun of living in a college town near Notre Dame University.
