Cindy Monroe founded Thirty-One Gifts in the basement of her Chattanooga, TN home in 2003. Today, she continues to build relationships with her sales consultants all over the country and to build strategic plans to grow and expand her brand. Cindy’s first book, More than a Bag: Celebrating the First 20 Years of the Thirty-One Story was published by Punchline Publishers in October 2022.

Currently, Cindy serves on the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association and on the Advisory Board of Nationwide Children's Hospital of Columbus Foundation.

Cindy’s passion outside of her career is her beautiful family—Scott, Alyx and Evan.
