Elizabeth is the founder of MatchPace, an organizational effectiveness consultancy. She helps women-led organizations and teams achieve their objectives and improve their bottom line by increasing their team's focus, satisfaction, and work-style. 

Elizabeth's writing has been featured in HuffPost, Thrive Global, Today's Parents, and Today's Christian Women. Her first book, Faith Powered Profession - a Woman's Guide to Living with Faith and Values in the Workplace was published in 2013 and helps women grasp the importance and power of their professional work. Her second book, Work Reimagined, was published in September of 2021 through Punchline Publishers.

Elizabeth lives in Washington, DC with her husband and four elementary-aged children.
