KATIE LEE WILKEN

Katie Wilken has grown up in a family with celebration traditions that have developed core memories and built strong relations through simple celebration practices. She uses her skills as an Instagram baker, wedding dessert table-scaper, and a high school math teacher to clearly explain techniques and processes to create doable, show-stopping celebration sweets. Katie grew up on her family’s ranch in the middle of nowhere—truly (it’s the furthest you can get away from McDonald’s in the nation) where she still works in the summer season. She believes that each person is created in the image of God and is worth celebrating!
