LIZ BELL YOUNG

Liz Bell Young is an author, experience designer, and creative director in Cincinnati. With lots of elbow grease and coloring slightly outside the lines, Liz has become a senior contributing writer for Magnolia, Artifact Uprising, and Procter & Gamble.

Liz created her own print publication with friends, Haven Magazine, distributed by 80+ Anthropologie stores; she then co-designed a camping retreat for 2,000 women every year in rural Ohio.

As an MFA graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and University of Cincinnati, Liz blends the worlds of design, installations, language and emotion in all the projects she can get her hands on. Liz, her husband and three children are currently building a home and guest space while Liz writes a book about the creative process of building havens.
